VirtualArchitect.com is led by Bob Welty. He is a certified architect through the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB). He holds architectural registrations in several states throughout the country. With over 30 years of experience as a licensed architect, Bob's architectural practice spans a varied range of project experience, including residential construction, mult-family housing, schools, churches, and commercial office complexes. He has been the Design Principal of over 2,000 projects nationwide and he is an active member of the American Institute of Architects.

Bryan Welty is the founder of VirtualArchitect.com. With over 15 years of experience in both the construction industry and the architectural profession, Bryan has not only designed and built houses from the ground up, he has also planned numerous house remodels and additions. Residential design is Bryan's passion so he understands the importance of creating meaningful, livable spaces for homeowners and catering his design to meet their needs and their budget.
