The plans you receive as part of our Basic Design Service for New House Plans include:

If you want to start out slowly and visualize your new house before you commit
to a builder set of New House Plans, we suggest you use our Basic
Design Service first. Once you are ready to build your project, you
can get a full set of construction/permit plans from us. The money
you pay for the basic service will be deducted from our Full Service
Design Package, which includes a site plan, framing and foundation
plans.
Cost: We determine our fee on the size and complexity of
your project. The completion time for our Basic Design Service is
generally 6 to 8 weeks.

Full Service Design Package for New House Plans: Use this service if you need a full set of construction drawings for the new house you are planning to build.
The plans you receive in our Full Service Design Package for New House Plans are a complete, builder set of plans, including:
- Detailed Floor Plans: Show the placement of interior
walls and the dimensions for rooms, doors, windows, stairways,
etc. of each level of the house.
- Exterior Elevations: Show the front, rear and sides of
the house, including exterior materials, details, and measurements.
- Framing Plans: Show the underlying structure of the ceilings
and floors.
- Roof Framing Plan: Shows the layout of the roof framing
details and materials.
- Foundation Plan: A detailed drawing showing all dimensions
(including slab or pier and beam location) needed to construct
the foundation.
- Electrical Plan: Shows outlets, switches, and fixture

- A detailed set of plans that are designed to meet standard
building code requirements. The plans include computer-drafted
floor plans, exterior elevations, site plan, framing and foundation
plans, and electrical plan.
- A complete set of construction drawings that contain
the details your contractor needs to successfully build your project.
- A builder set of plans that are ready to be sent out to contractors
for bidding. With our specific, well-defined plans, contractors
can more accurately estimate the cost of your project so that
you receive the most competitive bids for the job.
- An estimated cost of construction so that you have an
idea of how much your project should cost before you talk to a
contractor.
Cost: We determine our fee on the size and complexity of your
project. Our New House Plans are generally completed within 8 to 10
weeks of your order.
